Terms and CondtionsIMPORTANT NOTICE Details of important consumer booking conditions and operators responsibilities applicable to holiday arrangements included in this brochure are set out as follows.
The sale of the tours described herein as Christian Fellowship Tours or any other agent relies upon the services of operators, such as accommodation providers, cruise companies and the like, who are not under the control of Christian Fellowship Tours. Although Christian Fellowship Tours takes care in selecting such operators we cannot and do not take responsibility for any accident, injury, delay, irregularity, loss or damage caused by or arising out of such services. Furthermore as the tours described herein include activities that carry varying degrees of risk the passenger, by booking, acknowledges and agrees that Christian Fellowship Tours or any other agent cannot be held responsible (except where any statute otherwise requires) for any personal injury, death, loss or damage, or any consequential loss or injury of any kind caused by the passenger’s involvement in these tours. It is your responsibility to read this brochure and its conditions, as payment of your deposit will constitute your agreement to all terms and conditions mentioned.
Singapore Airlines or any other airline’s involvement in these tours is as carrier only. The airline shall carry no responsibility for statements made in this brochure relating to ground content of the tours, and Christian Fellowship Tours indemnifies them against any claim, action, loss or damage arising there from.
Every effort will be made to conduct all tours according to the itineraries set out in this brochure. However, changes may occur if road or weather conditions, strikes, and availability of accommodation necessitate change. If an alteration is deemed necessary it will be for the best interests of passengers.

Variations in the size, standard and presentation of rooms in the one accommodation centre can sometimes occur and this is beyond the control of Christian Fellowship Tours. If, and when this may occur no preference will be shown to any one passenger over another. All hotels selected have private en-suite bathrooms and most have tea and coffee making facilities.
A limited number of rooms have been allocated for passengers requesting single room at time of booking.
A seat rotation system operates daily to allow all passengers to enjoy forward and window seating.
Owing to the duration of our tours it is important that you be in good health to enjoy your tour. We will be pleased to do everything possible to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. However, it is necessary that you be able to look after yourself. If there is any doubt about your health or mobility, please let us know. It is recommended that you consult your own medical advisor as to your fitness to travel and other related health requirements.
Each person is entitled to take one suitcase, the weight of which is not to exceed 20 kilograms. You may also carry with you a small travel bag for personal items, camera, etc the dimensions of which should not exceed 25 x 37 x 50 cm.

Travel insurance is reccommended, also for sudden cancellations of your travel arrangements. Please note that travel insurance is to protect our patrons against medical and other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of passengers. It does not cover disinclination. On refusal of travel insurance, an official declaration will be sent out to be signed and returned by passenger.
All fares are shown in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of printing. Fares are based on tariffs and airfares anticipated at the time of the tour. However in this time of escalating prices, it is not possible to foreshadow accurately fluctuations in exchange rates or increases in airfares, fuel, airport charges, and other service providers’ prices. In the event that such fluctuations affect the prices we pay for such services, we reserve the right to adjust costs as necessary at any time.
Airport taxes, passports and visa fees if necessary, any items of a personal nature, such as beverages and food not part of the meals provided by the tour, laundry, excess baggage, optional sight-seeing and phone calls. INCLUDED IN FARES Transportaion, entrance fees and cruises as per the itinerary, services of a coach captain and tour leader, accommodation on a twin share/double basis, meals as specified. B = breakfast (full or continental), L = lunch, D = dinner.
All tips and taxes incurred by the tour programme, i.e. coach captain, dining room waiters and porters at hotels have been included in the tour price. However if more than one suit case per passenger is brought, a surcharge of aprox $10 per bag per day will be charged. PASSPORTS AND VISAS A valid passport is necessary to cover the entire duration you will be away from Australia. Please ensure that your passport is valid not less than 3 months longer than your intended stay overseas. Visa requirements can vary and therefore passengers will be advised upon booking, what countries, if any, require them to have a visa.
All tours operate with a minimum number of bookings. Where this cannot be achieved, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled departure. If this becomes necessary, a decision to cancel a tour would normally be made 90 plus days before the scheduled departure. In that event deposits may be transferred to another tour or a full refund of all monies paid would apply.
Passengers who require diabetic, vegetarian or other special meals must request such meals in the space provided on the booking form.
A popular feature of Christian Fellowship Tours is a refreshing and stimulating devotional time held at the beginning of each day.
Breakfast is usually between 7.00 and 8.00am. Travelling begins normally around 8-8.30am and during the course of the day stops are made at the many attractions specified in our itinerary and at other sightseeing and photographic points of interest. It is our aim to arrive at our accommodation around 4-6.00pm with dinner served between 6.00 & 7.00pm. Coaches in Britain & Europe are equipped with tea & coffee facilities and drinks may be purchased and consumed whilst travelling.
Smoking is not permitted on air flights, and some hotels. Smoking is not permitted inside tour coaches and is restricted to the ample stops en route. |
