CONDITIONS & RESPONSIBILITY

The sale of the tours described herein as Christian Fellowship Tours or any other agent relies upon the services of operators, such as accommodation providers, cruise companies and the like, who are not under the control of Christian Fellowship Tours. Although Christian Fellowship Tours takes care in selecting such operators we cannot and do not take responsibility for any accident, injury, delay, irregularity, loss or damage caused by or arising out of such services. Furthermore as the tours described herein include activities that carry varying degrees of risk the passenger, by booking, acknowledges and agrees that Christian Fellowship Tours or any other agent cannot be held responsible (except where any statute otherwise requires) for any personal injury, death, loss or damage, or any consequential loss or injury of any kind caused by the passenger’s involvement in these tours. It is your responsibility to read this brochure and its conditions, as payment of your deposit will constitute your agreement to all terms and conditions mentioned.

AIRLINE INDEMNITY

Singapore Airlines or any other airline’s involvement in these tours is as carrier only. The airline shall carry no responsibility for statements made in this brochure relating to ground content of the tours, and Christian Fellowship Tours indemnifies them against any claim, action, loss or damage arising there from.

CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY

Every effort will be made to conduct all tours according to the itineraries set out in this brochure. However, changes may occur if road or weather conditions, strikes, and availability of accommodation necessitate change. If an alteration is deemed necessary it will be for the best interests of passengers.

ACCOMMODATION

is of a high standard. All of the Hotels we have selected throughout Britain & Europe are three and four star hotels. Variations in the size, standard and presentation of rooms in the one accommodation centre can sometimes occur and this is beyond the control of Christian Fellowship Tours. If, and when this may occur no preference will be shown to any one passenger over another. All hotels selected have private en-suite bathrooms and most have tea and coffee making facilities.

SINGLE ROOMS

A limited number of rooms have been allocated for passengers requesting single room at time of booking.

SEAT ROTATION

A seat rotation system operates daily to allow all passengers to enjoy forward and window seating.
