Health & Safety

At CFT, the safety and wellbeing of our travellers and team is always our top priority. We closely monitor official government advice and will only operate our tours when it is deemed safe to do so.

If your booked tour is affected by travel restrictions or public health concerns, rest assured that we will contact you directly via phone or email with updates specific to your itinerary. Should you have any questions or would simply like to talk things through, our friendly team is here to help. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 1300 635 358.

We ask that you do not travel if you are feeling unwell, this includes symptoms of COVID-19, Influenza A or B, RSV, gastroenteritis, or any contagious illness.

To protect yourself and others, we strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for COVID-19 and other medical conditions that may interrupt your travel.

During your tour, our CFT Tour Leaders have a duty of care to the whole group and are responsible for taking reasonable steps to safeguard the health and safety of all participants. This may mean that if you become unwell during the tour, you may be asked to refrain from joining group activities or excursions until you are feeling better.

If you are feeling unwell,  please take reasonable steps to physically distance yourself from others and notify your Tour Leader as soon as possible. To help reduce the spread of illness, we encourage all passengers to

  • Bring Face masks and hand sanitiser
  • Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) for personal use if symptoms arise
  • Practise good hygiene, including regular handwashing

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
