The Terms and Conditions under which Christian Fellowship Tours operates are detailed below. Please take the time to read and understand the terms and conditions set out below prior to booking a trip with us.
From time to time these terms and conditions may be updated without notice to you. It remains your responsibility to access and check these terms and conditions prior to making a booking.
Christian Fellowship Tours (CFT) is proudly a ministry of Golden Manly Management Services Pty Ltd, ABN 72 003 510 585. References to ‘Christian Fellowship Tours’ ‘CFT’, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ means Golden Manly Management Services Pty Ltd its related entities.
Accuracy of Information
While all the information in our brochures and on this website is correct at time of publication, you understand that some details could possibly change. Please check at time of booking or call Christian Fellowship Tours on 1300 635 358. Pictures used in tour brochures, website or other promotional materials represent typical scenes however it is possible that the particular subject matter may not be seen on tour.
Reservations & Payments
In order to book one of our tours you will be required to complete this booking form. We require a deposit to be paid with your booking (amount specified in the brochure for each tour). The deposit is refundable up until a certain point in time depending on the tour, see Cancellation & Amendments below. The final balance is due as follows:
The final balance is due 95 days prior to departure.
The final balance is due 65 days prior to departure.
Travel Insurance is NOT INCLUDED, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED For All Tours.
Travel insurance is not included in your tour fare and is offered subject to conditions set out by the insurance company. If you require travel insurance please mark this on your booking form – a quote and a Cover.More Insurance booklet / Product Disclosure statement will be forwarded for your perusal.
Cancellations & Amendments
We understand that at times you will need to make changes to your already confirmed booking. Whilst we will always try to assist, there are times where this can be time consuming and therefore at cost to Christian Fellowship Tours. In order to keep our tour fares as low as possible this cost may be passed on at a rate of $AUD75.00 per change.
Should the need arise to cancel your confirmed booking we will require notification in writing and the date we receive this notice is deemed the date of notice. The following schedule will then be used to determine the fee that will be payable for this cancellation:
For Australian Domestic Tours

If the tour has commenced 100% of the full tour price is charged. There is no refund for unused services or portions of the tour arrangements that are missed. Cancellation fees also apply to additional accommodation, airfares or any pre or post touring booked as part of this tour.
You acknowledge that the amounts estimated under the Cancellation Policy are reasonable and a genuine pre-estimate of Christian Fellowship Tours’ loss.
These cancellation charges are those charged by Christian Fellowship Tours and do not necessarily include all airline and third party supplier charges. In the event that any third party supplier charges are in excess of the standard cancellation fee you accept that we have the right to on-charge these excess cancellation charges to you.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the prices indicated are correct, we reserve the right to adjust prices should there be changes to the tour costs, exchange rates or included taxes. All prices stated in our itineraries are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations as applicable.
Our tours have been prepared working on minimum numbers for each tour to operate. Should these minimum numbers not be reached, we reserve the right to cancel any tour. Should this occur we will provide a full refund of the tour cost, or transfer the deposit to another tour. This will be done in consultation with the passenger.
Passengers Travelling Alone
Bookings will be accepted up to 90 days prior to the departure date of tours for Solo Passengers willing to share with another rooming partner. Bookings made under 89 days can only be made subject to availability or at the discretion of Christian Fellowship Tours. Christian Fellowship Tours will endeavour to match you with a suitable same sex roommate for all accommodation but accepts no responsibility for the suitability of the allocated rooming partners. If you are travelling alone and wish to have a single room you are required to book as a single passenger and pay the single tour price.
Passport and Visas
The cost for passports and visas are not included in the tour fare outlined in our brochures. For some international tours you will be required to obtain a visa for entry to some countries and this remains the responsibility of the passenger. For assistance with visa applications you can contact our office – fees will apply. Your passport will require a minimum of 6 months validity from the end date of your tour.
General Health Requirements
It is a condition of travel on our tours that you have a reasonable level of fitness – some tours are more strenuous than others. If you are not sure if you are fit to travel on a particular tour then please contact our office and discuss your needs. We require all passengers to be capable of self care during the tour, should you require assistance it remains your responsibility to supply a carer.
Passengers Needing Special Assistance
Christian Fellowship Tours welcomes passengers with disabilities or special needs provided they are accompanied by at least one companion capable of providing all assistance required. All special needs must be notified to Christian Fellowship Tours at the time of booking and while Christian Fellowship Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants it is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants or other independent suppliers, nor any additional expense incurred. Wheelchairs and walkers cannot be carried on any international coach tours due to space limitations. A maximum of four walkers and no wheelchairs can be carried on Australian coach tours due to space limitations. We regret that we cannot provide individual attention to a passenger for walking, dining, getting on and off coaches or other personal needs, these are all to be provided by the carer booked with the passenger.
Christian Fellowship Tours does not employ medical staff or medically trained personnel on any of the tours. Should you require medical assistance while on tour, while the tour guide may be able to provide some assistance to telephone for assistance or arrange transport to a hospital, you are totally responsible for all charges resulting from this.
Safe Travel Charter
Our tours are worldwide and at times there can be dangers associated with travelling. We will always have our passengers’ safety in mind, in fact we would never place you in a situation that we have deemed too dangerous. We recommend that if you have any concerns you check with the Department of Foreign Affairs (link to www.smarttraveller.gov.au) prior to booking your tour.
Not included in Tour Price
It is our aim to make the tour fare as inclusive as possible and as we consider necessary. Inclusions are listed in each tour brochure, costs not included may include:
• Airport Taxes (unless included in airline ticket)
• Passport fees
• Visa fees
• Meals not indicated
• Optional sightseeing options
• Personal tipping / gratuities
Travel and Accommodation
Christian Fellowship Tours makes every effort to ensure that all services are delivered as per the details in our brochures. As some services are booked by third party operators we reserve the right to make changes as we deem necessary for the overall good of the tour. The passenger agrees to have no claim against Christian Fellowship Tours for any variation to the tour where a third party is involved.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have any and all required vaccinations for your tour. We recommend you consult your general practitioner. Information is also available at www.smarttraveller.gov.au.
You must advise Christian Fellowship Tours of any special dietary requirements and while Christian Fellowship Tours will make the best endeavours to ensure these are provided it cannot be guaranteed that these special requests are met.
Generally for most airline carriers, passengers are entitled to one large suitcase and one carryon bag per person. The large suitcase must not exceed 76 x 53 x 28cms and the weight should not exceed 20kg. All flights that are included in your itinerary include any airline fee for standard luggage allowances; you will be responsible for any excess luggage charges.
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all passengers a seat rotation will be in place to provide a sharing of front seats. You are required to adhere to this seat rotation system and if you suffer from motion sickness you should arrange for medication or alternatives to treat symptoms as we cannot make allowances for this.
Passengers under the age of 18 years as at the departure date must be accompanied by an adult/s and share the accommodation with this adult/s. If one child is sharing with one adult the normal adult twin share fare applies, if additional children are sharing with 2 or more adults prices will be on application. Children under the age of 12 years are not encouraged and are accepted for travel at the sole discretion of Christian Fellowship Tours.
Christian Fellowship Tours is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules or delays a flight for any reason. If you miss any flights it is your responsibility and cost to work with the airline to reach your destination. CFT is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of any changes by airlines.
Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the itineraries are correct at the time of publication, there are times where we do need to make changes. These changes will always be made in the interest of the overall tour. We reserve the right to make these changes at any point up to departure and whilst on tour. The tour maps printed in the tour brochures are to be used as a guide only and should not be relied upon as the actual route taken during the tour. Pictures used in the tour brochure, website or promotional material represent typical scenes however it is possible that the particular subject matter may not be seen on tour.
If you have any particular problem with any aspect of the tour please make contact with your tour leader in the first instance. If the resolution suggested is not acceptable to you, please call our office during your tour with your complaint to first see if we can rectify the problem. For any complaints made after the tour for which you are claiming compensation these need to be in writing and received by Christian Fellowship Tours within 30 days of the final return date of the tour. For any complaint that is not resolved and requires court proceedings these will occur in a New South Wales court.
Force Majeure means an occurrence of an event that is beyond Christian Fellowship Tours reasonable control and which could not have been prevented by Christian Fellowship Tours, this includes but is not limited to events such as:
a) War, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute or terrorist activity or threat.
b) Nuclear or other industrial accident.
c) Natural disaster including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, adverse weather conditions.
d) an epidemic, pandemic or outbreak of an infectious disease or any derivative or
mutation of such viruses, or the threat or perceived threat of any of these.
e) Change in law.
Termination of booking contract or change to travel arrangements due to Force Majeure.
If Christian Fellowship Tours considers that any Force Majeure events prevent Christian Fellowship Tours directly or through its employees, agents or sub contractors from lawfully and or safely providing any products and or services to you as originally booked, Christian Fellowship Tours may immediately:
a) terminate the booking and tour in whole or part, and/or
b) change your travel arrangements as reasonably practicable to ensure your safety and invoice you for any additional costs associated with this.
In the event Christian Fellowship Tours cancels or changes your travel arrangements in any way due to Force Majeure, Christian Fellowship Tours will not be liable to you in contract, tort, statute or restitution for any loss or deposit or full tour price, loss of enjoyment, damage, additional costs incurred by yourself or injury resulting from or in connection with either the cancellation or change to the tour or the Force Majeure event.
It is your own responsibility to purchase adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against these risks.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to any court action to be in the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Golden Manly Management Services Pty Limited ABN 72 003 510 585 and Christian Fellowship Tours (hereinafter called the Operator) acts only as an agent for the hotels, transport companies and other principals involved, and all coupons, exchange orders, contracts and tickets issued by the operator are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, transport companies or contractors.
The Operator shall not be liable or responsible for death or injury to any person or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise (including baggage) whether due to it, or its servants agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly, from Acts of God, fire, breakdown or failure in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules or over bookings or defaults from any causes beyond the Operator’s control or through the acts or defaults of hotels, transport companies or contractors providing the accommodation, transportation or other services and that neither the Operator nor its servants agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the passenger as a result of any foregoing causes. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Unused services cannot be refunded or exchanged. The Operator reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and to substitute hotels where necessary.
The Operator reserves the right to decline to accept any person or group on any tour and also to require any person, whether a member of a group who has chartered a vehicle for the purpose of a tour or otherwise, to withdraw from any tour at any time if the Operator or its servants deem his or her acts or conduct to be detrimental to or incompatible with the interests, harmony, comfort or welfare of the tour as a whole. Passengers booking on any tour must be capable of self care and mobility, and in the interest of other passengers the operator reserves the right to ask that person to withdraw from the tour if the lack of self care or mobility becomes detrimental to the tour as a whole. Should it become necessary to remove a person from a tour under these circumstances, no refund shall be made nor shall the Operator have further obligation or responsibility for the person concerned.
The Operator shall not be liable for nor shall refunds be made in respect of a passenger, who voluntarily leaves any tour and in this regard, the non show of a passenger, including at the original point of departure at times nominated by the Operator or its servants agents or employees throughout the tour shall be considered a voluntary termination of the tour by the passengers concerned.
All persons effecting bookings through the Operator or its agents thereby warrant that he or she has the authority of the persons therein designated, whether by name or not, to make the booking on their behalf. The payment of monies by way of deposit or balance of the fare to the Operator or its agents shall be deemed consent to the above conditions.
