Ready to get started?

Simply find the tour you are ready to book, click the “Book Now” button within that tour page and get started.  You will have the option to book and pay your deposit online or request a booking form be mailed to you. Return it to us along with your 10% deposit and we will confirm your booking with you.

Once you have made a booking you will receive a confirmation letter and we will be in contact with you over the months prior to departure following up on your passport, visas and insurance. We will endeavour to accommodate any travel requirements you may have (dietary requirements, upgrades, seating allocations etc.) or alternative travel arrangements that you wish to make.

Want to fly Business Class to London to stay with friends before your tour? Just ask us if you have any extra travel wishes and we do our best to organise it for you. We are always here to help.

Travelling with friends? Book a group of 6 or more people together to receive a 5% discount for everyone in your group! Get in contact with us to organise this.

The CFT Travel Pack - making your holiday easy

In the weeks before your holiday you will receive a “Handy Hints” letter giving you information on travel conditions (currency, expected weather, power voltage etc.) as well as ideas on what to bring.

Several weeks before departure you will receive your travel pack that will include:

  • A letter containing your personal travel arrangements
  • A CFT travel backpack for your daytime adventures
  • CFT name badge
  • CFT luggage tags
  • Flight tickets (if required)
  • Hotel lists
  • Medical form
