Reasonable Level of Fitness
for International Tours
Last Updated: September 2024
Christian Fellowship Tours has a responsibility to passengers, individually and as a group – and therefore, to get the most out of your experience on tour, you should be able to:
• Walk 2-3 hours daily (approximately 10,000 steps) on uneven surfaces at a relaxed group pace.
• Comfortably walk up a flight of stairs.
• Stand for extended periods without needing to sit down in both hot/cold climates.
• Manage your own luggage (luggage assistance may not be available).
• Get in and out of a bath without assistance (walk-in showers are generally requested but some hotels may have a shower over a bath).
• Get on and off various modes of transport without assistance.
• Generally, be able to participate in the tour without any special assistance from Christian Fellowship Tours.
If you are unable to comfortably manage the above, we recommend travelling with a companion who can assist you with your mobility on tour. Please be aware that should your fitness not meet the requirements above, you may not be able to partake in some of the activities on tour and/or you may be subject to additional costs.
We are unable to accommodate mobility walkers on International Tours. If you have doubts about your ability to undertake the tour, please contact us
by phone to discuss your circumstances.
