Experience the unique event that is the World-famous Oberammergau Passion Play, the oldest and largest of all passion plays. Since 1634 the inhabitants of the Bavarian village of Oberammergau have fulfilled their solemn oath to God by performing the “Passion of the Christ” every 10 years, and in 2030 they celebrate the 43rd staging of this beloved religious tradition.
