The island country of Singapore has transformed dramatically over the last few decades to become a top tourist destination but there is much more to this city than just the glitz and glamour of the “Crazy Rich Asians” movie.
We check-in early to rest and refresh at our centrally located hotel, the beautiful heritage Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott.
For those keen to experience an authentic taste of Singapore there is the option to visit a “Hawker Market” and choose from a myriad of local dishes for lunch.
This afternoon our coach tour will show us the city highlights including the iconic Merlion, a symbol of Singapore. The city’s rich multi-cultural heritage is seen in its historic neighbour-hoods such as Chinatown and Kampong Glam with vibrant Haji Lane and Arab Street.

Enjoy a hands-on Cooking Class to create your own culinary masterpiece for lunch.
Then it’s off to Gardens by the Bay is a truly jaw-dropping take on a Botanic Garden; wander through the cooled conservatory of the Flower Dome filled with thousands of magnificent flowers and plants, to the Cloud Forest’s spectacular waterfall and mountain cloaked in vegetation of the tropical highlands. Walk along the 22-metre high OCBC Skyway suspended from the iconic Supertrees and admire the views across Marina Bay and Singapore’s Skyline. After dinner in the Gardens be amazed as the Supertrees light up with a magnificent Sound & Light Show. Wow!

Enjoy a relaxed morning followed by some wonderful “wild” experiences. Bird Paradise is Asia’s largest bird park, where over 3500 birds live in 8 open structured aviaries, designed to allow the birds to roam free.
Get ready to experience the wonder of Night Safari, the world’s first nocturnal wildlife park. This 86-acre reserve is home to more than 900 animals from about 100 species, nearly half of which are endangered. As night falls, explore 4 walking trails and take a 30-minuted guided Safari Adventure Tram to meet these nocturnal creatures, from free-roaming Malayan tapirs to majestic lions. A truly memorable day showcasing God’s glorious creation.

Choose your own adventure with a day at leisure – go exploring, shop the famous Orchard Road or simply laze by the pool. On tour we encourage the “Buddy System” and your CFT Tour Leader can help with suggestions of things to do (see page 7). Tonight, we will share tales of our day’s experiences over dinner.
