“We are thrilled to join CFT as tour leaders. We have been blessed by God in the past to have seen so much of his amazing world, explore places that bring the Bible to life, and meet people from many different cultures. It will be a great joy to share those experiences with others.”
Peter and Marcelle met and married while they were studying at Moore Theological College, Sydney. After four years in pastoral ministry, they served with CMS for 10 years as missionaries in Indonesia. Peter lectured in New Testament while Marcelle taught in the local international school. Marcelle also founded a women’s self-help project to support Indonesian village women. Upon their return to Sydney in 2002, Peter became the Rector of Newtown and Erskineville Anglican church. In 2011 Peter was appointed the International Director of CMS Australia; together Peter and Marcelle cared for CMS missionaries across the globe and expanded the work of CMS to help create a world that knows Jesus.
Peter is passionate about world mission and a keen armchair sportsman. Marcelle’s interests include history and any ministry that introduces people to Jesus.
