“God has been my Helper, Strength and Friend as I have navigated life as a wife, mother and now a widow. Having travelled as part of the CFT Family on two overseas holidays, I was so grateful to be asked to come on board as a Tour Leader. I love travelling with like-minded people and sharing experiences and natural wonders that further reveal the glory of Our Creator.” 

Robyn is fascinated by different countries, peoples and cultures and has travelled with family through USA, Canada, Europe and UK, and enjoyed Faith Journeys through Egypt, Jordan and Israel and Greece and Turkey (Steps of Paul) with Christian Fellowship Tours. A proud West Australian, Robyn has lived south of Perth for the last 30 years after prolonged stints living and working in Sydney, Darwin and Albury-Wodonga.

Having trained as an optometrist, Robyn has looked into many “windows of the soul” (eyes), including whilst delivering Optometry Aid on mission trips in India, Sri Lanka and Thailand. In 2005 Robyn set up Optometry Outreach for aged care facilities; a keen singer, Robyn’s visits often include performances with a guitar and ukulele trio, much to the delight of the residents and staff.

Robyn is an active member of Perth’s Red Door Community Church; as the Service Coordinator, she makes sure that Sunday worship goes smoothly and aims to ensure that her CFT tours go that way, too!
